Thisismedia and LAXP have announced the cancellation of Jingle Ball at the General Motors Centre on Friday, January 10, 2014 due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase starting January 7, 2014. If tickets were purchased using a credit card at any point of purchase, your card will automatically be refunded. Refunds will only be made to the account holder in the same method of payment used to originally purchase the tickets.
Credit card refunds can take between five to 10 business days to post. If you purchased tickets via cash or debit, the original tickets must be returned to the ticket office to receive a full refund. The ticket office is open Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m and Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
