Cocoa and Joe’s Cafe located 44 Simcoe Street North is a place where you come in out of the cold for gluten-free treats, hot beverage and maybe even a ukulele lesson. Mobile reporter Vanessa Vergara decided to string along on a recent Wednesday night to see what it’s all about.
