Since the creation of the Costco in Oshawa, the downtown area has seen an increased growth in construction and traffic all connected to the new plaza. Construction will be continuing on the opposite side of the plaza as well, meaning that the traffic problems may not improve anytime soon. Downtown Oshawa News reporter Jacob Martin has that story.
