Almost everyone makes a New Year’s resolution, but how many of those actually stick? Check out what some local citizen’s resolutions are and see how they’re accompling their goals.

Squidoo.com says that the top three resolutions people make are to stop smoking, get into a habit of being fit and losing weight.
According to proactivechange.com, 75% of people’s resolutions make it past the first week, 71% past the second week, 64% after a month, and 46% after 6 months. The site adds that people who do make resolutions are ten times more likely to attain their goals than people who don’t.
Make your New Year’s resolutions stick by being realistic, planning ahead and rewarding yourself.
